BoomVeg is fresh vegetable powder, made from organic produce grown on our farms. That’s it.

We juice and dry our fresh vegetables as gently as possible. This keeps all the flavors, minerals, fiber, and essential nutrients intact.

The vegetables we grow are chosen for their nutritional benefits. Kale is high in calcium, and rich in vitamins A, K, & C. Beets are a good source of fiber, folate, manganese, and antioxidants. Spinach is high in iron and vitamin C (a powerful pair), as well as folate and magnesium.

Purple carrots contain anthocyanins, and have nine times the antioxidants of orange carrots. Our leafy celery is low on the glycemic index, and packed with Vitamins A, K, and C, potassium, calcium folate, magnesium, and iron.
