  • What's in BoomVeg?

    Vegetables! That’s it! Nothing at all is added – no sugars, no fillers, no dyes, no gluten, no allergens, no processing aids; nothing whatsoever.

  • How do you use it?

    The possibilities are endless! Add our fresh vegetable powders to water, smoothies, soups, sauces, dry rubs, marinades, dressings, dips, cocktails & mocktails, baked goods, skincare, makeup, lotion, and the list goes on.

  • Is BoomVeg safe for everyone?

    Boomveg is made with everyone in mind. We even have a blend specifically for kids. If you have a food allergy to a vegetable in a blend, we recommend staying away from that specific powder blend. While our powders are Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) and good for you while pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend you consult with your doctor beforehand.

  • What size do BoomVeg products come in?

    BoomVeg Blends come in 10 gram stick packs, and every carton contains 15 sticks. In the future there will be an option to order 12 oz cans of the individual vegetable powders, so stay tuned!

  • What is the shelf life of BoomVeg?

    BoomVeg is shelf stable for 2 years in unopened packages, stored properly in a cool, dry space.

  • How should I store my BoomVeg?

    Keep your BoomVeg products in a cool, dry place. It does not need to be refrigerated.

  • Where can I find BoomVeg?

  • Is BoomVeg caffeinated?

    No, there is no caffeine in any of our products.

  • What is the recommended serving size?

    Our serving size for all BoomVeg powders is 10 grams. That is the amount in every stick pack. 10 grams is equal to roughly ½ a pound of fresh vegetables, which is also equal to 2 servings recommended by the USDA.

  • What’s the equivalent to eating fresh vegetables?

    Two teaspoons of any of our powders is roughly equal to ½ a pound of fresh vegetables. This means that having 10 grams (2 teaspoons) covers two servings of vegetables recommended by the USDA.

  • What are the health benefits of BoomVeg?

    Whether it’s the individual vegetable powder or a BoomVeg Blend, the health benefits mirror those of fresh vegetables. Generally, most of our vegetable powders provide iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, C, & K, antioxidants, folate, potassium, beta-carotene, and more. The specific benefits of each blend can be found in its product description.

  • Is your packaging Earth friendly?

    As of right now the majority of our packaging is recyclable. The corrugated box and paper stuffing used for shipping can be recycled or composted. The cardboard carton of sticks packs is fully recyclable. The current individual stick packs are not at the moment, however, we are looking into new innovative materials, such as compostable materials and recyclable plastics like Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Having water based inks on all of the stick packs will contribute to the recyclability of our future stick packs. We were unable to launch with a sustainable stick pack because further testing of oxygen and water vapor levels needed to be completed to satisfy our desired quality. We are looking into accelerated shelf life testing with different materials to truly see what sustainable materials can hold our vegetables powders while maintaining their shelf life and quality. We are working with cutting edge companies in the packaging industry and pushing them to meet our needs and desires to be eco-friendly.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as your BoomVeg ships your tracking number, sent to your email, will provide you with the best shipping updates.

  • Where can BoomVeg ship to?

    Currently, we can ship BoomVeg to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Germany.

  • What do I do if my shipment hasn’t been delivered?

    If a shipment has not been delivered to the provided address within 5 days, it may be lost or misplaced. If you have checked all possible locations at your address where the parcel may have been placed and it is still lost, please contact us. BoomVeg cares deeply about your health and satisfaction with our products, and we will work with you to replace the purchased product.

  • How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

    If you've tried BoomVeg and aren't 100% satisfied, we would be happy to connect with you to make things right. Please contact us directly.

  • Is shipping free?

    For orders over $55.00, shipping to a USA address, BoomVeg will pay for 2-day USPS shipping. Shipping to other countries, and all orders under $55, will have the shipping estimated at your checkout.

  • Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

    If you wish to cancel an order or make any changes once it's been submitted, please contact us and our dedicated team will assist you with the changes.

  • What is the return policy?

    We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something's not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We would appreciate you giving it a try for at least 30 days and if you aren’t satisfied please contact us to connect with a team member, to meet your needs and assist in a solution.

  • Why should I subscribe?

    Subscribing to BoomVeg saves you 10% every time, and will automatically ship your new order once a month so that you never run out of vegetable goodness! As a subscribed member you'll also be the first to be notified when new products are released.

  • Can I change what BoomVeg items are in my subscription?

    Yes, whenever you want to switch or add items in your BoomVeg subscription, please do so on our website. For example, if you want to switch from the BoomVeg Greens to the BoomVeg Beets to try out a different blend, it can be done directly through the website.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, if you need to cancel for any reason you can complete this action through the website. If there's anything we can do to assist before you cancel, please reach out to our team. Before a subscription can be canceled, 1 order must have previously gone through transaction, after that a cancelation can happen at any time.

  • Can I skip a month?

    Yes you can – whenever you'd like and for as long as you wish. Life throws us a curveball from time to time, and we don’t want BoomVeg getting in the way.  We're here to help.
